Spencer possesses a robust background in C-Level Executive leadership, Small Business & Portfolio Ownership within the Real Estate sector. A Title Insurance Executive and licensed Commercial/Residential Real Estate Broker with over 20 years of industry experience.  His experience in the southeast and West Coast, bring a a fresh, unique perspective to local operations. A Missouri native and long-time Saint Louis resident, Spencer combines extensive expertise and a passion for the real estate field.

 

Background: Spencer built a diverse career that included owning and managing real estate portfolios, small business owner and led a Title Insurance/Legal Services Firm, and serving as a corporate officer for a Fortune 500 Title Firm. These roles encompassed daily operations, relocation management, mergers & acquisitions, as well as commercial site scouting and negotiation. Additionally, Spencer gained valuable experience restructuring organizations, recruiting and managing talent across multiple metropolitan areas. For over a decade, Spencer focused on representing developers, landlords, and investors in office, retail/restaurant, and industrial property ventures, large and small.

 

As the owner and manager of a boutique real estate firm, Spencer's expertise extended to commercial and residential sales and leasing, design and project management, and property/portfolio management services.  Most recently, Spencer leveraged his skills by leading and expanding a national title insurance company. With a foundation of extensive training and broad experience, Spencer specializes in saving clients time and money, mitigating risks, and identifying growth and wealth opportunities and exit strategies for individuals, business clients, and corporations.

 

A strong interest in design, renovation, and urban renewal, combined with experience in major metro markets across the U.S., enables Spencer to offer a unique perspective and strategic advantage in market sustainability.

With a distinguished career in higher education leadership and a strong foundation in property management,

David Spivey brings a unique balance of strategic insight, personal service, and real-world experience to every client relationship.

Most Recently,  David served as the Vice Provost of Enrollment at Missouri S&T in Rolla, overseeing undergraduate, graduate, and international admissions and student services, student financial assistance, registrar, and enrollment marketing. His leadership experience also includes roles as Assistant Vice President for Graduate Enrollment at Chatham University in Pennsylvania and over a decade at Northern Arizona University, as adjunct faculty, career and academic advising, and directing recruitment for all graduate programs.
