Raised in a small town in southern Missouri, Spencer was born with large ambitions. Coming from a modest family, he cut his teeth in public service and what it meant to know your neighbor and work for the betterment and protection of his community. Inspired by his family of spiritual leaders, government officials, law enforcement, construction workers, & entrepreneurs, Spencer set his sights on absorbing even more culture, more education and more experiences while remaining grounded and true to the values of his upbringing. Curiosity and opportunity led him on many travels, guiding him to live and work in the Southeast and the West Coast before returning home to Missouri.
In 1998, Spencer began his work in Title Insurance. Later, becoming a licensed #Realtor by 2003. A former entertainer and later a business leader, he achieved success in both arenas. By rising to the top of the nation's largest Title Insurance provider, Spencer went on to own and operate his own Title & Escrow firm. Simultaneously, obtaining his own portfolio of investment properties as well as managing projects for other investors.
Over the past two decades, Spencer has evolved his career into Commercial & Residential Real Estate Sales and finally, owning a full service Real Estate Brokerage. Having personally experienced nearly all sides of his trade, he offers a unique perspective both locally and on a national level. You can count on his years of legal knowledge, management experience & business skills, to his first-hand experience developing both low & high end properties. Since his return to St. Louis, Spencer is a proud repeat-recipient of the Five Star Realtor Award as well as contributor/member to many local boards, groups, committees, and charitable organizations. His incomparable blend of Midwestern values, Southern charm & West Coast flair are just part what make him an invaluable, fresh approach to the area.
Spencer, along with his daughter, reside in Central St Louis County, where they enjoy and all the nature and conveniences the area has to offer...while soaking in the city of St. Louis as often as possible. Spencer loves to play ambassador to STL, Rolla & the Ozarks by showing off the amazing architecture, culture, sports arenas, tourist attractions, and incomparable restaurants in this "Foodie" town, for which St. Louis has garnered national attention. Any given Sunday, you may run into him brunching with friends. In his "spare" time, Spencer devotes much of his time to his daughter's school and dance activities and the his remaining energy to improving his mid-century home, working to identify ways to improve his community.
